Sodexo: completes 1 billion euro bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - In a brief statement, Sodexo announced that it completed a 1 billion euro bond issue on Wednesday, in an operation that "was largely oversubscribed and placed with European investors".
The services group specifies that this bond is comprised of two tranches: 500 million euros maturing in January 2024 with a rate of 0.528% and 500 million euros maturing in July 2028 with a rate of 1.05%.
