Sodexo: suspends targets
(CercleFinance.com) - In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, Sodexo has said that it is suspending its targets, as confirmed in January, until the situation stabilises, with it currently estimating that the situation could slice around two billion euros off its annual revenues.
The services group nevertheless believes that "The Fiscal 2020 1st half landing to be published on April 9, 2020 is expected to be in line with internal forecasts and aligned with the Fiscal 2020 annual guidance".
"The first half figures include a mild shortfall in revenues in China and Italy due to COVID-19 that we have been able to absorb," Sodexo continues, adding that it is too early to determine the future impact.
