Sodexo: to appeal against French antitrust decision
(CercleFinance.com) - Sodexo says that it "firmly contests" the decision taken by the French Antitrust Authority (AC), which was notified to the central repayment authority of meal vouchers and several French companies operating in the meal vouchers sector, including Sodexo Pass France.
The corporate services group thus refutes the anti-competitive nature of information exchanges via the the central repayment authority of meal vouchers, explaining that they were not of a strategic nature.
"The allegation of market protection is equally unjustified considering, in particular, the arrival of several new players on the market," Sodexo adds, which has therefore decided to appeal this decision.
