Sodexo: takes control of Eiffel Tower's restaurants
(CercleFinance.com) - Sodexo announces winning a call to tender for the operation of the restaurants of the Eiffel Tower with the starred chefs Frédéric Anton and Thierry Marx.
For the next ten years, the group will manage its restaurants the Tower's Jules Verne restaurants, its first floor brasserie and take away food of the Eiffel Tower's forecourt and on each floor. The contract will start on 1 October 2018.
Frédéric Anton, "Meilleur Ouvrier de France," will be in charge of the Jules Verne restaurants.
