Wendel: Stahl completes acquisition of ICP
(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel yesterday announced that Stahl has completed the acquisition of ICP Industrial Solutions Group.
ICP is a leader in high-performance coatings for packaging and labeling applications. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of high performance coatings. ICP Industrial mainly operates in North America (nearly 70% of sales), where it is a recognised leader, and is also present in Europe, under the HiTech Coatings brand.
With ICP Industrial reporting sales of around $140m in 2022, the acquisition will raise Stahl's annual sales to over E1bn, with an EBITDA margin of over 20%, Wendel says.
