(CercleFinance.com) - Investment company Wendel announced a net asset value of 6,715 million euros at 16 November 2018, i.
e. 145.1 euros per share, down 17.7% year-to-date, mainly due to market multiples.
Consolidated sales amounted reached 6.2 billion euros over nine months, up 3.8% (+3.1% in organic terms).
"We are particularly pleased that Bureau Veritas continues to enjoy positive momentum," said group CEO André François-Poncet.
"Current macroeconomic and financial market conditions are somewhat unpredictable and could weigh on our companies' growth in months to come, but we are confident in their ability to adapt to changing circumstances," he continued.
