Wendel: finalises disposal of CSP Technologies
(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel has announced that it has finalised the sale of CSP Technologies to Aptar Group, a deal that generated net cash of 342 million dollars, i.
e. 140 million dollars more than its valuation in the book value calculation of 2 May 2018.
As a reminder, it received an offer from Aptar Group at the end of July to acquire this company specialising in polymeric solutions and specialties for protective packaging for an enterprise value of 555 million dollars, or 13x adjusted Ebitda.
