Wendel: will sell its stake in Exceet group.
(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel has announced that it has committed itself to selling its 27.
8% stake in exceet Group SE in response to the friendly takeover bid announced by Active Ownership Capital through its indirect subsidiary White Elephant LLC.
The venture capital company said that the offer will probably be combined with a threshold of 51% of the capital for its success. White Elephant LLC has already announced having acquired approximately 28.26% of exceet's capital.
Wendel, via Oranje Nassau through, is committed to tendering all of its 5.7 million exceet shares to the offer, subject to the respect of certain conditions and with certain exceptions. This deal is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
