Faurecia: Invest Securities raises target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Judging that the stock's low multiples are not rational, Invest Securities maintains Faurecia in its "IS Selection" best pick list, with a "buy" rating, having increased its corresponding target price from 61 euros to 68 euros, in the wake of a 25% increase in 2021 EPS estimates.
The group's 2020 publication came in significantly above guidance and expectations. It has a cautious guidance for 2021, although confirms a strong rebound in the company's growth and EBITA margin relative to 2020 and the second half of 2020, the analyst notes.
