Faurecia: BlackRock cuts stake to under 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, BlackRock has informed the AMF on 27 August it reduced its stake in Faurecia to below the threshold of 5% of the group's capital and that it now holds 4.
85% of the group's capital and 3.29% of its voting rights.
BlackRock said that it broke these thresholds due to the sale of Faurecia shares - both OTC and on the market, in addition to a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
