Faurecia: board chairman re-appointed
(CercleFinance.com) - Faurecia has announced that its AGM, which was held behind closed doors, has adopted all of the resolutions presented, including the renewals of the terms of office as directors of Odile Desforges, Linda Hasenfratz, Olivia Larmaraud and Michel de Rosen for four years.
As a result, the renewal of Michel de Rosen's term of office as the automotive supplier's board chairman, was decided by the board, for the duration of his directorship, taking effect from the end of the meeting.
