Faurecia: completes acquisition of SAS
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening Faurecia announced that it has completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% of SAS, with the project first announced on 14 October 2019.
SAS works in the assembly and logistics of complex modules for vehicle interiors. In 2019 the company reported sales of around 740 million euros and had nearly 4,490 employees.
"This acquisition reinforces Faurecia's Cockpit of the Future strategy and its systems integration offer which now covers all interior modules as well as functionalities such as lighting and thermal management," Faurecia said.
