Faurecia: finalises takeover of Parrot Faurecia Automotive
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning Faurecia announced the finalisation of the acquisition of 100% of Parrot Faurecia Automotive.
This deal follows the agreement announced on 5 July between Parrot and Faurecia for the early takeover of 100% Parrot Faurecia Automotive by Faurecia.
The transaction is carried out based on an enterprise value of 100 million euros, identical to that applied when Faurecia took a stake in the group's capital in 2017.
