Faurecia: BlackRock stake above 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, has notified the AMF that on 4 July it raised its stake in Faurecia to above the threshold of 5% of the group's capital, with it now holding for the said clients and funds, 5.
03% of Faurecia's capital and 3.43% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from both purchases of Faurecia shares on the market and over-the-counter, as well as from a receipt of shares held as collateral.
