Faurecia: agreement on EUR1.2bn syndicated credit facility
(CercleFinance.com) - Faurecia has announced signing on 15 June of an amendment and Extension Agreement (A&E) to its syndicated credit facility of 1.
2 billion euros.
This new agreement extends the maturity of the credit facility, which is undrawn to date, from June 2021 until June 2023, with two one-year extension options. It also improves the financial terms, the group said.
This agreement strengthens the group's long-term financial structure and flexibility: the average maturity of Faurecia's long-term debt currently exceeds 5 years and its average financing cost is less than 3%, management added.
