Faurecia: Blackrock stake above 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, US asset manager BlackRock has announced having increased its stake to above the 5% threshold in Faurecia's capital on 27 March 2018, and now holds, for the said clients and funds, 6,905,561 Faurecia shares, or 5.
003% of the group's capital and 3.41% of its voting rights.
The breaking of this threshold resulted from the purchase of Faurecia shares OTC and the receipt of Faurecia shares held as collateral.
