Faurecia: signs a 'record' contract with BMW
(CercleFinance.com) - Faurecia this morning announced the signing of a "record" contract with the German car manufacturer BMW for its Seats division.
The French automotive component supplier states that this contract, its biggest order (...) in terms of volume, relates to the just-in-time assembly of 7 vehicles, as well as the seat structures of 10 vehicles on two major platforms: the MINI and BMW Series 2.
The contract's terms were not specified, although cover over six million vehicles.
