(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday morning, Faurecia announced that it has signed a partnership with MAHLE for the development of innovative technologies for thermal management of passenger compartments for the mobility solutions of tomorrow.
As part of this collaboration, the automotive supplier will bring its expertise as a systems integrator for the interior of vehicles, and Mahle its overall thermal expertise in energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
Both companies have already identified several possible areas for collaboration in domains such as air distribution, air conditioning integration solutions on board electric vehicles and the joint development of customised thermal management systems for the cockpit of the future.
