Eurazeo: new closing of ETIF Fund
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo announces that Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund (ETIF) has completed a new closing, bringing its total commitments to about 420 million euros, or about 80% of its initial target size, only 3.
5 months after its first closing.
In addition to raising funds from a more diversified investor base, ETIF has invested in a portfolio of transition infrastructure companies, most recently in Etix Everywhere, a regional data center operator in Europe.
This investment in digital transition adds to the three existing assets in the portfolio: Ikaros Solar (energy transition), Resource (circular economy) and Electra (clean transport).
