Eurazeo: confirms outlook
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo group's Assets Under Management (AUM) amounted to 34.
1 billion euros, up 10% y-o-y at end-December 2022.
AUM managed on behalf of third parties (Limited Partners, LP) amounted to 24.1 billion euros, up 12% over 12 months. Its balance sheet (Net Asset Value, NAV) represents 9.9 billion euros (+6% over 12 months).
Net income, group share, will be 595 million euros in 2022, compared with 1,525 million euros in 2021.
NAV per share amounted to E127.1 at 31 December 2022, up 8.0% compared to end-2021, with share buybacks having an accretive effect of +1.6%.
Eurazeo has confirmed the outlook to be announced at the presentation of its annual results on 10 March 2022, in particular: the doubling of its assets under management, which could reach 60 billion euros in 5 years.
