Eurazeo: buys office complex in London
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo Patrimoine, Eurazeo's asset management arm that is specialised in investments in physical assets, has announced an agreement with Derwent London to acquire Johnson Estate, an office complex consisting of four buildings of 18,000 m2.
This acquisition will be the second investment of the partnership between Eurazeo Patrimoine and Arax Properties that began in March 2019. It will represent an equity investment of approximately 80 million euros for Eurazeo.
Located in the Farringdon district of London, these buildings will be the subject of an investment program to capture their rental reversions potential and therefore significantly improve their value.
