Eurazeo: takes over Utac Ceram
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced the acquisition of Utac Ceram, via its subsidiary Eurazeo SME.
The latter invested 80 million euros to take a majority stake in Utac Ceram's capital, joining its current shareholders: FCDE, CCFA, CCFA, alongside company executives and senior managers.
The common aim of Eurazeo SME, the FEDE and top management, led by Laurent Benoit, is to accelerate the company's growth in Europe and around the world, while supporting its digital development.
