(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo Capital has announced completing the acquisition of Elemica, a digital cloud-based supply network.
The company currently has over 450 customers worldwide, including 39 of the world's 100 largest chemical companies.
More than 500 billion dollars worth of goods are purchased, sold and transported each year via the Elemica platform.
Elemica has an enterprise value of approximately 390 million dollars, of which approximately 240 million dollars is equity belonging to Eurazeo and its affiliates, representing 95% of its capital.
