Eurazeo: strategic parttnership with Spain's MCH
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced signing a strategic partnership with MCH Private Equity, a Spanish private equity mid-market group, in which it will acquire take a 25% stake.
Eurazeo will also subscribe to the MCH V fund, which will be launched in the coming months.
Eurazeo's investment totals approximately 100 million euros, including the commitment to fund V. This partnership represents a new step in its aim to develop its international network.
With nearly one billion euros in assets under management, 34 investments made since its creation and over 20 years of experience, MCH enjoys one of the best track records in southern Europe, Eurazeo said.
