Eurazeo: disposal of its stake in Neovia
(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Friday, Eurazeo, Idia, Future French Champions and Unigrains, which have all been shareholders of Neovia, alongside InVivo, from 2015, announced the actual divestment of all of Neovia's capital to the Archer Daniels Midland Company.
In particular, the company has made over 15 international acquisitions over the period, enabling it to increase its revenues outside Europe from 52% to almost 75%.
Revenues relating to this transaction represent 225 million euros for Eurazeo and its investor partners, of which 170 million euros is for Eurazeo's share, meaning a multiple of 2x its initial investment and an internal rate of return of about 20%.
