Eurazeo: sells stake in Capzanine
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced the sale of its 22% stake in Capzanine, an independent European investment management company specialising in private investment, to AXA, for a total of approximately 82 million euros.
This is accompanied by the takeover, by AXA and other investors, of all of Eurazeo's commitments in the funds managed by Capzanine, with the exception of a commitment of eight million euros in Capzanine Special Situations.
The amount of the transaction includes units of the asset management company in which Eurazeo realises a multiple of just over three times the initial investment, and units of funds that have been recently subscribed by Eurazeo.
