Eurazeo: new majority shareholder of 2RH Group
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo PME has announced that it is taking a stake in the capital of 2RH Group as a new majority shareholder (brands: Shark, Bering, Segura, Bagster, Cairn).
This company is a European leader in protective equipment for motorcycles and the outdoors.
2RH has over 600 employees working at 3 production sites in France and abroad (Portugal, Thailand). The group now generates over half of its turnover abroad, mainly in Europe.
With sales of around 100 million euros in 2017 and posting organic growth of over 10% since 2011, the group has already made two acquisitions, Trophy (Bering, Segura, Bagster) in 2011 and Marlybag (Cairn) in 2016.
