Eurazeo: NAV per share up 15.2% in 2017
(CercleFinance.com) - Investment group Eurazeo has published Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of 78.
2 euros at 31 December 2017, up 15.2% adjusted for the free allocation of shares and the dividend paid in 2017.
The group posted net income group share of 441 million euros and economic revenues that are up 16.4% at 4,951 million euros. Eurazeo recorded total pre-tax capital gains of 575 million euros.
At its AGM of 25 April, the group will propose an ordinary dividend payment of 1.25 euros per share, payable in cash. Furthermore, its supervisory board has also decided to grant one new share free of charge for twenty already held.
