Eurazeo: takes stake in ContentSquare
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced that it has taken a minority stake in ContentSquare, a leader in the analysis of web and mobile client browsing in SaaS mode.
Eurazeo Croissance is taking part in a 42 million dollar fundraising campaign alongside Canaan and Highland Europe to further develop ContentSquare in Europe and the United States.
Launched in 2012, the company now has 120 clients. It analyses user data in 191 countries and has recruited over 200 employees thanks to annual sales growth of between 100% and 200%.
ContentSquare already raised 20 million dollars in the fall of 2016, fundraising that enabled it to expand its international presence with offices that are now located in four countries (Germany, US, France and the UK).
