Eurazeo: negotiating the acquisition of Idinvest Partners
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo announces that is has entered into exclusive talks with IDI and the Idinvest teams for the acquisition of Idinvest Partners.
Following the envisaged transaction, Eurazeo will hold approximately 70% of its capital and its management.
A leader in growth and innovation capital, private debt, and private funds in France and Europe, Idinvest will retain its management autonomy with an unchanged management team.
This company manages around seven billion euros on behalf of insurance companies and leading institutional investors but also on behalf of 80,000 private individuals. It has close to 90 employees in Paris, Frankfurt, Madrid and Shanghai.
