Eurazeo: finalises acquisition of Worldstrides
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo and Primavera Capital Group have announced that they have finalised the acquisition of Worldstrides.
WorIdStrides is a premier experiential education provider serving students of all ages.
"The partnership will accelerate WorldStrides' global expansion and growth through program diversification and investment in sales and marketing."
Eurazeo's total investment amounts to 469 million dollars, for a majority stake of approximately 80%.
For FY ended 30 June 2017, WorldStrides' sales exceeded 580 million dollars.
