Eurazeo: invests in NEST Fragances.
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced a majority stake in NEST Fragrances in partnership with its founder and executive president, Laura Slatkin.
This is the first investment of Eurazeo Brands, a strategy that was launched in May 2017.
Based in New York, NEST Fragrances offers a collection of over 30 fragrances and home fragrances, which are marketed in department stores and upmarket boutiques, major specialty distributors, as well as QVC and on the site nestfragances.com.
The company was acquired from Tengram Capital Partners on 29 November 2017. Eurazeo Brands has invested approximately 70 million dollars in the company and plans to invest 800 million dollars in high-potential European and US consumer goods companies.
