Eurazeo: sells stake in ANF Immobilier.
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announces the signature of an agreement with Icade to sell its stake in ANF Immobilier.
Eurazeo has sold its majority stake in ANF Immobilier to the real estate company Icade, representing 50.48% of the capital and 53.73% of ANF's voting rights at a price of 22.15 euros per share.
This disposal would be followed by a tender offer from Icade for the remainder of the share capital at a price of 22.15 euros per share.
Eurazeo would make proceeds from this disposal amounting to 213 million euros, meaning a multiple of 2.3x its investment.
