Eurazeo: takes control of Iberchem.
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced taking control of Iberchem, a global producer of perfumes and aromas for local and regional brands in emerging markets, for a total enterprise value of 405 million euros.
By investing approximately 270 million euros, the French investment company will become the majority shareholder (around 70% of the capital) alongside management. The deal will be finalised in July.
Located in Murcia, Spain and present in over 100 countries, Iberchem has
local sales teams and 11 production sites, which are around in Spain, China, Indonesia, Colombia and Tunisia.
