Eurazeo: acquisition of DWS completed.
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced its completion of the acquisition of Dominion Web Solutions (DWS) in partnership with Westman Capital Partners VII, a fund managed by Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division (GS MBD).
DWS is the first of Eurazeo's investments in the US since it first entered North America in September 2016, and is an integrated platform for marketplaces for recreational vehicles, commercial trucks and equipment, and offers digital marketing solutions.
The French investment group and GS MBD signed an agreement last month to jointly acquire this company. Eurazeo's investment amounts to 226 million dollars for a 50% stake.
