Eurazeo: Credit Agricole SA sells stake to Decaux family.
(CercleFinance.com) - The listed investment group Eurazeo has announced the purchase of the entire stake held by Crédit Agricole, i.
e. 15.42% of its capital, by the Decaux family, through the JCDecaux Holding company.
Eurazeo said that this transaction reflects Eurazeo's appeal, at a time when the company has accelerated its strategic development by taking a number of major initiatives, particularly internationally.
The deal will be accompanied by a governance agreement between JCDecaux Holding and Eurazeo which is intended to reinforce its independence. Lasting 10 years, this provides for the appointment of two representatives from JCDecaux Holding on the group's supervisory board.
