Bic: signs sale agreement of its headquarters
(CercleFinance.com) - Disposable consumer product group, which is particularly known for its iconic pens, Bic, has announced that it has signed, with BNP Paribas Real Estate and Citallios, an agreement for the sale of its headquarters and the Bic Technologies site based in Clichy-La-Garenne, for a total of 175 million euros, representing an estimated gross capital gain of around 169 million euros.
Launched at the end of December 2019, the tender offer, which was won by BNP Paribas RE and Citallios, concerned the sale of the Bic sites in Clichy in their current state, representing land area of approximately 3.8 hectares. The sale agreement was signed on 9 November 2020.
The market seems pretty indifferent, however - the share is down 0.5% on Friday morning.
