Pernod Ricard: Credit Suisse downgrades stock
(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse has downgraded its rating on the Pernod Ricard stock, now adopting a "neutral" stance, while adjusting its corresponding target price from 170 euros to 172 euros, judging that "Robust US trends favour a quicker pace of recovery for Diageo over Pernod".
Crédit Suisse considers that Diageo and Pernod Ricard are well placed to benefit from a solid recovery - although not until 2021 and 2022. It has increased its corresponding EPS estimates by 19% and 12% for Diageo, and by just 4% and 2% for Pernod Ricard.
