Pernod Ricard: to enter Euro Stoxx 50 index on 21 September
(CercleFinance.com) - Pernod Ricard will make its entry into the Euro STOXX 50 index on 21 September, along with Finnish lift manufacturer Kone, German real estate group Vonovia, Dutch fintech Adyen and Dutch internet group Prosus.
STOXX specifies that in its index of major European stocks these five stocks will replace the telecom operators Telefonica and Orange, the banks BBVA and Société Générale, as well as the healthcare group Fresenius.
Investors seemed to be raising a glass to this prospect - the share is up over 2% on Wednesday afternoon.
