Pernod Ricard: Goldman Sachs ER still a buyer
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday Goldman Sachs Equity Research confirms its "buy" recommendation on the Pernod Ricard share, with a target price of 152 euros.
The broker's target price is approximately 7 euros above its current price.
"Uncertainty remains into FY21 and Management has stepped away from its usual guidance based on a range for organic EBIT growth (GSe +7.5% in FY21e). Management is expecting a prolonged weakness in Travel Retail (6% of sales) but resilience in the off-trade in USA and Europe and sequential improvement in China, India and the on-trade globally," Goldman Sachs ER says.
