Pernod Ricard: profit from recurring operations' target up
(CercleFinance.com) - Spirits group Pernod Ricard has raised its forecast for its profit from recurring operations for 2019-20, and now expects an organic decline of around 15%, instead of 20%, as estimated last March.
In addition to strong cost discipline, relative to its March assumptions regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, it explains that it has observed a better resilience in Off-trade - particularly in the United States and Western Europe.
