Pernod Ricard: E1.5bn bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Pernod Ricard has announced that it has made a euro-denominated bond issue amounting to 1.
5 billion euros, in two tranches of 750 million euros each, respectively maturing in five and 10 years. There was excess demand for the issue, which totalled 5.5 billion euros.
The bonds have been placed with professional investors and their admission to listing will be requested from Euronext Paris. The group has a long-term senior debt rating of "Baa1" with Moody's and BBB+ with S&P's, both of which attribute a "stable" outlook.
