(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Tuesday Pernod Ricard announced that it had taken a majority stake in Del Maguey Single Village, in accordance with what had been announced in early June.
The price paid was not disclosed by the group.
This transaction was made via the "New Brand Ventures" division of Pernod Ricard's American subsidiary.
Created in 1995, Del Maguey Single Village offers upmarket mezcals from the Oaxaca region of Mexico.
