Natixis: supports measures announced by H2O AM
(CercleFinance.com) - Following the information provided on 20 June, Natixis has announced its support for the measures adopted by the H2O Asset Management company, including the removal, until further notice, of the admission fees that were set up a few months ago in all its funds.
On matters relating to the intrinsic liquidity of securities considered as illiquid, H2O AM's teams have continued to take the necessary measures to ensure that their valuation is fully assured, based on their liquidity conditions.
Reinstating the principles of its multi-boutique asset management model, and so as to restore confidence in H2O AM, Natixis has also decided to bring forward the periodic audit performed on this affiliate, by implementing it as of 21 June.
