Natixis: wants to sell 1818 Selection to Nortia
(CercleFinance.com) - Natixis' wealth management division this morning announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Nortia for the sale of Sélection 1818, a transaction accompanied a by a fund distribution partnership.
Sélection 1818 has 6.3 billion euros in outstanding life insurance and securities accounts for over 35,000 customers, in open architecture.
Based in the North of France, Nortia is a distributor of life insurance and capitalisation contracts.
