(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss Life Asset Managers Real Estate France has announced the purchase of Palatin I, an office block fund in rue de Valmy, from Natixis Assurances.
The building is next to La Grande Arche in the business district of La Défense.
Within a group of three buildings, Le Palatin I has a total surface area of 8,000 m² on eight floors with a three storey car park. Built in 2001, it was completely renovated in 2011 and is fully leased to a prime tenant.
