Danone: postpones Combined General Meeting
(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday, agri-food group Danone announced that its board of directors, which met during the day, has decided to postpone its Combined General Meeting to a later date.
The meeting was first scheduled for Tuesday 28 April.
"The payment date of the dividend for the 2019 financial year has therefore also been postponed," Danone said.
