AXA: postpones AGM by two months
(CercleFinance.com) - AXA's Board of Directors has decided to postpone its AGM, which was initially scheduled for 30 April 2020, until 30 June 2020, with a view to promoting dialogue with European, French and foreign authorities in the insurance sector.
The group thus takes into consideration the recommendations issued by European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (“EIOPA”) on 2 April, 2020 relating to dividend distributions during the Covid-19 pandemic.
