AXA: Etienne Bouas-Laurent soon to take office as CFO
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning French insurance giant AXA announced that after spending 29 years in the group, Gérald Harlin will leave his duties as deputy CEO and CFO on 1 January 2020 to retire.
Having joined the group in 1997 and currently head of AXA in Hong Kong, Etienne Bouas-Laurent will become deputy CFO and will be appointed group CFO on 1 January 2020.
At the same time, AXA announced that Georges Desvaux, from the consulting group McKinsey & Company, will become Director of Strategy and Development on 1 September 2019, when the Human Resources Director Karima Silvent will join Axa's Management Committee.
