Axa: amendment to S-1 notification made to SEC
(CercleFinance.com) - Axa has announced the filing of an amendment No.
1 to the S-1 (S-1 Form) registration statement with the SEC regarding the US IPO and listing of ordinary shares of its fiAXA Equitable Holdings (AEH).
The offer will concern a minority stake in the ordinary shares of AEH, which will be offered for sale by AXA as a transferor shareholder. The IPO is set to be completed in the second quarter of 2018, with no actual guarantee of its completion.
The share offering will be operated by a syndicate of guarantor banks led by Morgan Stanley and J. P. Morgan Securities, with Barclays Capital and Citigroup Global Markets also acting as guarantors under the offer.
